Huge Beer Garden, Food and Fun to Westfield Chermside...
Bavarian Bier Café’s beer-centric sibling The Bavarian has expanded to Brisbane and recently opened its biggest venue yet, in the stylish new dining precinct at Westfield Chermside.
The menu features signature Bavarian dishes, including Crispy Pork Knuckle, Crackling Pork Belly, House-made Sausages and an entire section devoted to Schnitzels, including The Schnitzelmeister that weighs in at 1kg. Customers who beat The Schnitzelmeister Challenge by devouring it within an hour will receive the $100 giant veal schnitzel for free.
Other menu items include The Bavarian’s legendary Hotdogs, Burgers and Spicy Chicken Wings with three levels of intensity – BBQ, Buffalo and Diablo. Add to the list coffee spice-rubbed BBQ Ribs, Tasting Platters of Bavarian classics, and build your own Salads, and there is something for all tastes.
Customers can sweeten up a shopping trip with classic New York Cheesecake, Apple Strudel, and a selection of House-made Sorbets and Gelatos.
Every savoury dish on the menu is expertly matched to different beers, of which there is an impressive 17 on tap, including imported favourites from Lowenbrau, Stiegl, Paulaner and Franziskaner breweries and the full range of craft beers by Urban Craft Brewing Co.
Bolstering the draught line-up is a broad range of bottled beers and lagers, as well as 2-litre beer tubes that can complement a group meal and be filled with a brew of choice.
Guests can enjoy The Bavarian’s $5 Happy Hour, with $5 craft beers, spirits, house wines, cocktails and $1 chicken wings, prior to dining.
**Affordable, family-friendly menu available seven days a week. On Sundays, kids Under 12 Eat Free
